Blackberry launches new android phone at MWC.

BLACKBERRY KEYONE SMARTPHONE
Although, BlackBerry has struggled to match many of its smartphone rivals in recent years, reportedly slipping to a 0% share of the global smartphone market earlier this year, leading to the believe that the phone maker has finally gone out of mobile phone making business to making car software, having once been one of the biggest mobile phone manufacturers in the world.

The BlackBerry KeyOne Smartphone is actually a BlackBerry by name but a TCL by build. As the name suggests, its signature feature is a hardware keyboard that's touch-sensitive and hides a fingerprint sensor in the space bar. Otherwise, it's a fairly standard affair, with an aluminum and Gorilla Glass 4 body, 4.5-inch screen, 12-megapixel rear Sony-sourced camera, Snapdragon 625 processor, Android 7.1 and 3505 mAh battery, the largest ever in a BlackBerry device, which can receive a 50% charge in just 36 minutes.

TCL communications chief executive Nicolas Zibell said: "Blackberry KeyOne is impressively designed to be distinctly different, it re-imagines how we communicate by offering unmatched productivity and the world's most secure Android smartphone experience. We're humbled to play such an important role in the future of BlackBerry smartphones, which have been so iconic in our industry, and we're eager to prove to the BlackBerry community that their excitement around this new BlackBerry smartphone is something they can be proud of as well."
